20 cl Tonic Water Premium

20 cl Tonic Water Premium

50 ml Gin Tinto Red Premium
20 ml Amora liqueur
25 ml Cold lemon juice
15 ml Homemade Eucalyptus syrup
15 ml Egg white
Glass - Cocktail
Decoration - Eucalyptus leaves
Method - Add all ingredients and shake the shaker without ice for 10 seconds, just to involve the protein.
Add the ice and shake vigorously in the shaker.
Serve in a cocktail glass for thin coerce (double strain).
Garnish with eucalyptus leaves.
 
Red Elegance       
     
  50 ml Gin Tinto Red Premium
25 ml White Nordesia
15 ml Homemade reduction of Wine Porto Tawny
2 Drops of Angostura Orange Bitterso
Glass - Old Fashioned
Decoration - Orange Zest
Method - Add all ingredients in a mixing Glass and stir about 30 seconds . Strain into a glass Old Fashioned with ice and garnish with an Orange Zest .

50 ml Gin Tinto Red Premium
100 ml Sweet & SourMix
25 ml Pure Red Fruits
Tonic Water FeverTree Elderflower or Soda
Glass - Highball
Decoration - Red Fruits on a stick
Method - Add the ingredients except for the tonic water in the shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and add on top 40-50 ml of tonic water, however, if you prefer more bitter then use Soda. Stir and garnish with a stick with red fruit on it.
